Payments

 

Deposits

Before materials are ordered for any job we require a deposit. Generally speaking this deposit is 50% total cost of the job. In certain cases, where the material cost is greater than 50% of total job cost ,we require a material cost deposit.

After Printing

After your order has been completed we require the remainder of the job cost to paid before shipment or pick-up. 

​

 

Proof & Approval

​

Before printing a job we require the approval of our proof. Please check for errors in  spelling, color, size, and placement. Any corrections or changes made after the proof has been confirmed and production has been started* will result in additional fees.

*Production include parts of the print process that require expense on our part. Things like film printing, screen making, color mixing are included in this. 

​

 

Garment/Substrate Disclaimer

​

Here at Mass Artisan  we thoroughly inspect  all garments/substrates for manufacturer errors prior to printing, however there are instances where an error garment/substrate will sneak past our eyes. In those rare occasions Mass Artisan  is not responsible for manufacturer defects in the printing garment/substrate. Manufacture errors include but are not limited to things such as smalls holes, loose stitching, and inaccurate color or sizes of the garment.

We recommend all customers order 5% more than desired quantity. For example, if your order is for 100 custom printed T-Shirts you would order an extra 5 shirts. This would prevent product shortages do to manufacture error.

Shipping & Handling 

​

Tracking numbers will be provided to customers via email after the item has been shipped. Please double check your provided shipping address, delays may result from incorrect shipping information.

​

When shipping us your own garments please include your name. Please not that our garment/substrate disclaimer applies to customer provided material as well. Please inspect product before shipping to us to prevent delays.

Shipping & Handling Disclaimer

​

Mass Artisan is in no way responsible for damages, delays or anything incurred on products during shipping. Once the product is in the hands of the shipping company, all product responsibility is transferred to the shipping company (FedEx, UPS, etc..).

Returns/Refunds

​

If dissatisfied with the print job please get in contact with us as soon  as possible . We will work very hard to come up with a fair solution. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product. If notified any later than 7 days we are not obligated to refund or compensate in anyway.

 

There are no monetary refunds. In the rare case there are misprints of over 3% we will quickly and happily replace products or, if the customer prefers, apply credit toward account.
